Founded in 1922, the company is still family owned. The Griffin and Chesnut families currently maintain 100% ownership in the company. Bruce Chesnut is Chairman of the Board, and Winston Griffin serves as Vice Chairman of the Board and in-house counsel. Both are third-generation family members involved in the business. Jim Buchanan, President/CEO and Robert Kirch, Vice President/COO are active in attending to the day-to-day operations of the company.
