Todd P. Michaud is the President and CEO of American River Advisors an Auburn, California-based technology consultancy that serves leading retailers and distributors.  His company also specializes in advising expansion-focused technology companies that serve retailers and distributors.   Prior to his current role, Michaud spent four years as the President and CEO of Revionics, Inc.  Michaud continues to serve Revionics as a Strategic Advisor.  Before Revionics, Michaud was the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Retalix, a publicly traded, global software company that offers enterprise resource planning (ERP), supply-chain execution, and point-of-sale (POS) software for companies in the retail and distribution industries. Michaud was also the President and Chief Marketing Officer of IDS, LLC, a highly successful, enterprise and supply chain software provider serving companies in the wholesale and retail industries. IDS was acquired by Retalix in April 2005. Before IDS, Michaud spent 16 years with the IBM Corporation in increasingly responsible positions as an executive in Sales and Marketing with a focus on the wholesale and retail industries.  Michaud is actively involved with industry trade associations and is a frequent speaker at industry events. He has also authored a number of articles and white papers focused on advanced technology for the retail and distribution industry.
