Increasing Pricing Sophistication- "Improving Accuracy & Effectiveness of Pricing Strategies"

Agenda: All too often, large investments of time, effort and money are made in providing "best of breed", widely implemented solutions that fail to live up to organizational expectations. As a result, frustration, resentment and change resistance follows. The new solutions are under-utilized, misused or rejected; productivity and morale falter; execution and results suffer.

This helps to avoid costly mistakes, frustrations and disruption by creating a script for organizational change in which all participants understand the motivation and benefits of the initiative and are confident of the outcome.

P3 helps retailers align their efforts, workflows, business processes and people in order to create, accept and embrace critical change when critical change is needed.

This webinar focuses on how, by adding the appropriate levels of granularity and analysis, in the proper sequence, retailers can provide insight into competition, markets, product roles, and customer segments in a way that achieves the desired price image and profit margin without disenfranchising the organization.

By understanding the factors that influence their price image, retailers can identify which products and product categories are the major drivers of traffic; identify market segments and products that are likely to have different price sensitivities and levels of price awareness; determine the ranges within which they should price their products; and determine the most effective means of influencing customer perceptions of the company’s price image by focusing on the factors that are most heavily valued by their target markets.
