Marc Hafner is an award-winning CEO with more than 25 years’ experience successfully driving leading growth in organizations ranging from startups to large Fortune 500 divisions. Marc has a strong track record of building growth and value for stakeholders including investors, employees and customers. Marc has developed strategies and led organizations to compete effectively and win globally against the best such as Oracle, IBM, SAP, SAS, HP, Dell, EMC, Alcatel, Cisco and Microsoft in segments including SaaS, analytics and machine learning, enterprise software and other innovative industries globally. Marc’s other passion is rock and roll guitar, and with his band Lost in Austin he rocks it at events such as NRF’s Rock and Roll Retail and Revionics Insight.
Jeff Smith has over 23 years of experience in the software industry, with over 11 years working in retail price optimization. He was a founding member of Khimetrics, where he helped create the retail price optimization industry in his sales, marketing and product development roles. Throughout his career, Smith has managed software development teams, worked closely with clients during beta and installation phases, led worldwide product marketing teams, performed software development tasks, and has many years of sales and pre-sales experience.
Steve Leven brings over 25 years of experience delivering value-driven analytical software solutions to global clients including Walmart, JCPenney, Gap, Lowe’s and numerous leading international retailers. Steve focuses on helping customer organizations unlock the full potential from their analytical solution implementations. Most recently, Steve was SVP of Sales and Account Development for the Fortune 500 clients of M-Factor (acquired by DemandTec), a leader in advanced planning and optimization software. He has also held leadership positions over large consulting teams for Infor Workbrain, ProfitLogic and Oracle Retail America.
Steve holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts and an M.A. in Economics from the State University of New York.
Brian Hansen has 25 years of experience as a financial executive and has spent the last 10 years working with software development companies. As the former CEO and CFO of Foodconnex Worldwide, he has extensive experience with venture-backed organizations and startups. Prior to Foodconnex Worldwide, he was the former Founder and CEO of International Digital Imaging Solutions (IDIS), which provided digital imaging products and services to the food industry and government. IDIS merged with Foodconnex Worldwide in March 2000.
Prior to founding IDIS, Hansen served in a variety of senior financial and operational management positions with various retail organizations. Hansen began his career in public accounting and spent 6 years working for an international public accounting firm in the Silicon Valley.
Hansen is a Certified Public Accountant, with a B.S. in accounting from California State University, Fresno.
Patrick is a focused technology and business executive with a strong record of success and ‘positive disruption’. From start-ups through mid-size and Fortune 10 companies, Patrick brings an extensive B2B/B2C background in information technology, software and hardware development, program management, process and operations, and R&D. He is experienced in building organizations, cultivating collaboration and creating highly effective teams. And with over 25 years of experience, Patrick is highly regarded as a creative IT thought leader.
For the past 25+ years, Scott has led successful strategic transformations across a myriad of retail companies and formats combining his extensive “hands-on” experience in retail merchandising operations, management consulting and information technology. Recognized as a thought leader within the pricing industry, Scott is a frequent speaker at retail events and has participated on customer advisory boards for some of the leading software, hardware & analytics companies servicing the retail industry. Prior to joining Revionics, Scott held leadership roles at Belk, Family Dollar, BearingPoint, Accenture and Boomerang Commerce.
Sue is a key member of the company’s customer-facing leadership team. Sue has been with Revionics for nearly 10 years, serving as a trusted advisor to retailers on their journey to leverage artificial intelligence to enhance pricing decisions. Prior to Revionics, Sue spent 10 years with JDA Software and earlier in her career spent time with retailers Wilson’s Leather and Carson Pirie-Scott focused on pricing, margin management, and inventory optimization.
Sheri brings more than 30 years of experience in all aspect of retail operations including Store Operations, Merchandising, Distribution and IT. During her 8 year tenure with Revionics, she has held a number of positions, as well as, spearheading many of our large-scale implementations where her leadership has proven to be invaluable. She currently leads our Global Delivery group, responsible for ensuring successful, value driven implementations.
Bob Godfrey has more than 25 years of experience in strategic sales and operations roles, much of it at Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and retail-focused technology companies. His extensive background includes leadership positions at iTradeNetwork, OmPrompt, E2open, i2 Technologies, Agile Software and Manugistics.
Carlos is an energetic, revenue-driven consultative software solutions sales executive with a 20-year record of domestic and international experience consulting in the retail industry, identifying business needs and providing enterprise level software solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, image, revenue, and expense control. Since 2014, he has led Revionics sales in the Latin America region.
John (“Rip”) Greenfield is a very accomplished technology executive with over 25 years experience transforming and growing complex, multi-channel organizations. Greenfield has worked for technology leaders such as Accenture, Oracle, Coopers & Lybrand, Equifax, Austin-Tetra (acquired by Equifax), and Motive Communications. Greenfield earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Accounting at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
Valerie leads the People and Culture team, where she is responsible for developing and directing strategies to support productive and profitable business operations. In addition, she provides leadership and focus to advance the company’s cultural values and vision.
Prior to joining Revionics, Valerie served as an HR Consultant for companies in various industries including technology, finance, retail and manufacturing. She has more than 15 years of experience in finance, process, operations and human resources, including leading transitions for new companies/spinoffs as well as M&A integration.
